Ellie Katherine was born at 8:58pm on October 3, 2008 at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. She weighed 7 lbs. 12 ozs. and was 18 3/4 inches long. Ellie shares her birthday with Amie's dad, Gary, and Amie's sister, Jenny.
It was rough going for a while. Amie went into labor around 10:00pm on October 2, and Ellie wasn't born until almost 24 hours later. But we are all glad that she is finally here.

Congratulations on your newest family member, she's so beautiful! We're so glad everyone is doing well. Keep us updated. We're still awaiting the arrival of our little girl.
